After extensive cold soak, 50% whole berries were fermented in small open top fermentors.
Gentle puch down 3 times daily.
Basket pressed to 30% new French oak.
Barrel aged for one year and bottle aged for one year.
Full bodied, aromas of blackberry, blueberry, cassis, licorice and tobacco
