GRENACHE 2005

Hand picked from Harrison Clarke Ballard Canyon estate grown grapes.

After an extensive cold soak, 50% whole berries were fermented in small open top fermentors.
Gentle punch downs 3 times daily.
Basket pressed to 10% new oak.
Barrel aged for one year and bottle aged for one year. 
Medium body. Exhibits aromas of raspberry,  cherry, licorice and spice.
