A Grenache Dry Red Table wine from Ballard Canyon, Santa Ynez Valley, California,USA

From our twelve-acre hillside vineyard in Santa Ynez,
one of the few pure chalk/limestone sites in this area.

Medium body.
Exhibits aromas of raspberry, cherry, licorice smoke and spice.
After an extensive cold soak, 50% whole berries were fermented in small open top fermentors.

Basket pressed to 10% new oak.
Barrel aged for twenty months
